County Road 1

County Road 1 is a north-south county state aid highway that runs from the Dodge County line to a traffic light on U.S. Route 61 in Red Wing. This route has two T-intersections on U.S. Route 52 and is concurrent with 52 for less than a half mile. The route passes through the unincorporated towns of Aspelund, White Rock, and Burley, and terminates in the City of Red Wing.

County Road 2

County Road 2 is a north-south County State-Aid Highway that runs from a junction of U.S. Route 61 to County Road 16, where it continues as Wabasha County road 7. This road passes through Frontenac and Thoten before terminating in Bellechester.

County Road 3

County Road 3 is an east-west County State-Aid Highway that runs from a junction at Minnesota State Highway 58 to County Road 2, where it continues as the unpaved Betcher Trail. This route is of great importance to Belvidere Mills.

County Road 4

County Road 4 is a north–south County State-Aid Highway that runs from a junction at Minnesota State Highway 58 to County Road 10, near Zumbrota. This route runs roughly parallel to Highway 58 its entire length.

County Road 5

County Road 5 is an east-west County State-Aid Highway that runs from a junction with Minnesota State Highway 58 near Hay Creek to U.S. Route 61 in Lake City.

County Road 6

County Road 6 is a north-south County State-Aid Highway that runs from a junction with Minnesota State Highway 19 south of Red Wing to Minnesota State Highway 58 in Zumbrota. This route bypasses the business district of Goodhue, but still runs through the city limits.

County Road 7

County Road 7 is a north-south County State-Aid Highway that runs from a junction of U.S. Route 52 in the ghost town of Minneola, to U.S. Route 61 near Welch. This route passes through the unincorporated communities of Welch and Vasa. The Welch Village Ski Area is located along the route. An interchange is needed at Highway 52 to complete the U.S. 52 freeway project.[2]

County Road 8

County Road 8 is a north-south County State Aid Highway that runs from a junction of Minnesota State Highway 19 near Cannon Falls to County Road 1 in the unincorporated community of Aspelund. The intersection at Highway 52 in Hader is dangerous, and an interchange is needed to complete the U.S. 52 freeway project.

County Road 9

County Road 9 is an east-west County State-Aid Highway that runs from the county line with Rice County in Dennison, where it continues as County Road 31, to the Wabasha County line, where it continues as County Road 5. There is a dangerous intersection with U.S. Route 52 along this route, and an interchange is needed to complete the U.S. 52 freeway project. This route passes through the cities of Dennison and Goodhue, and the unincorporated towns of Wangs, Sogn, and Wastedo.
